Event settings

Here you will find deeper settings and controls for fine tuning your event.

Advanced Settings

This section is closed by default Click the title to open.

  • Host group: Choose the host group 
  • Host: Choose the host (Domain) for the event
  • Event route: The url name route
  • Timezone: Select the timezone where  the even will takes place
  • Gamification: Turn this on if you will use the app or webapp Agendas / Sessions / Points and more
  • App listing: Select if you will use the  APP- Will enable that it can run in the app
  • Open registration: Select if you want  the registration to the event to be available for anybody 
  • Registration mode: Two options of registration mode (single/classic)

    • Classic registration mode (includes first page of the registration with firstname,surname,email,repeat email and mobile number)
    • Simple registration mode (Only email and mobile number)
  • Hide attending buttons: Select this option if you mean that filling the form is Accepptance of participation.  Will hide the buttons I will / will not attend buttons in second part of registration
  • Enable not attend confirmation: enable not attend confirmation
  • Ticketing: Activates ticketing for this event
  • Is template: Select this if you want this event to be listed under templates
    will move this event to template in the events listing page


Payment


  • Allow subusers: Select this option to allow that one person may enter more participants with the same invitation. The Subuser can inherit values from the main user. What the subuser should inherit is selected in the registrratiion form .
  • Deadline for adding subusers: Set a date and time when adding subusers will end.
  • Editable subusers: Users who have been signed up by others with "Allow subusers" can be invited to edit the data in its own signup.


Calendar



The calendar can be Included in most of the communication.
If you use Global Dynamic Keywords you can use the same across all your evnts

  • Title: Set a title you  want your users to see in their calendars.
  • Description: Description about the event.
  • Address: Give the address to the event location


Email and forms setup

  • Hide dates in registration form: Does not display the Registration End date and time in the registration form
  • Hide dates in Email: Does not display the Start and End - date and time for the event in all the emails
  • Hide headings in Registration Form: Does not display the title in the registration page, typically "Registration for "
  • Hide heading in Feedbackform: Does not display the title in the registration page, typically "Feedback for  "


Settings

  • Show dislike button: if checked it will display the dislike button on all sesssion modules: Comments and Questions.
  • Show open in browser: Will give the user a option to open the gamification pasrt in the browser in the mobile / desktop browser from the unique per user "Start app page" sent by one of our communicatiion types. App start page is the easiest way  to giive people access to the app. It cheecks for desktop or mobile then check mobile platfor and  gets the user to download the correct app and get started.


  • Hide set password: When users login for the first time using a login token or a direct link, the user will be asked to set up a password. This will be displayed only on the first entry, after that the user can change his password in his own profile.
  • Show IOS overlay: Will display a startscreen and offer to save an icon on the homescreen of the dvice. Only works for the webapp.
  • Show next/previous buttons: Shows the arrows back and forth in the top bar in any Gamification session, for navigating to the next sesson.


Agenda Settings

  • Agenda Mode: Control what the user sees as their agenda and let the user switch in between modees.
    Options on how to display the agenda for the users: 
    • Full agenda (display all sesssions for all users)
    • My agenda (displays only the agenda the user has access to with session groups. Selected by the user in the registration or given to the user in Additional data
    • Full agenda / My Agenda (The user and can switch between the two agenda modes. The default view wil be Full agenda,
    • My agenda/Full agenda (same as above but default shows MyAgenda
  • Dates for agenda: If checked will display the date & hour of the session of the sessions on the Agenda page, great for longer events and sociasl networks.
  • Categories for agenda: Is a different way to sort the session, not only by time but when checked by category then time. You can sort the Categories in all the sessions interfaces.
    Examples of categories: training, keynotes, social. The sessions within will sort by time and expire as usual.
  • Hide agenda progress: A border arrround the session image showing the progress of each session from start to end. Hide this if there is not a fixed time for the session. 
  • Categories of Other: Is a different way to sort the sessions in Other, not only by time but when checked by category then time. You can sort the Categories in all the sessions interfaces.
    Examples of categories: Boot, Sponsors. The sessions within will sort by time and expire as usual.

  • Hide other progress: A border arrround the session image showing the progress of each session from start to end. Hide this if there is not a fixed time for the session. 


User profile settings

  • Data in user profile: Check the data you want to display to the user based on the registration, additional data and the Feedback form.
  • Defines the teams:  Used for creating teams in the gamification games, use any field to define it frim registration, additional data or Feedback.
  • Data in public profile: Check the data you want to display for other users connecting to the user.


Facebook Settings


  • Facebook App ID:is generated automatically
  • Facebook APP SECRET:generated automatically
  • Login with Facebook:To allow login with facebook


Contact request settings:

  • Mode: Establish the contact page how to add friends based on the users id or to add.the options with hide non-friends will hide the users that are not in your friends list.
  • Max unanswered requests:Number of unaswered requests to have


Footer Menu

  • Hide Labels: This field checked will hide the title below the footer menu buttons.
  • Show Agenda:Display footer menu button and side menu the Agenda
  • Show Homepage: Display footer menu button and side menu the Homepage
  • Show Other:Display footer menu button and side menu the Other
  • Show Profile:Display in side menu the button Profile
  • Show Contacts:Display footer menu button and side menu the Contacts
  • Show Points:Display in side menu the Points

Gamification Points Settings

  • Show communication points:Display points for comments/questions added in sessinons
  • Show quiz  points:Display total points from quiz's from sessions
  • Show seeker points:Display total points from seekergames from sessions
  • Show social points:Display total points from Adding friend/rating
  • Show bonus points:Display total points from bonuses from quiz/seekergames
  • Show total points:Display total points from all together


Terms and conditions and privacy policy

  • Cookie warning: to activate cookies
  • Field to add your terms,conditions and privacy policy


Notes

  • Notes:Is the title displayed when notes it open from side menu
  • Time between notes:The time between notes to be saved in seconds
  • Enable image upload:To let the user upload images in his notes
  • Image limit:How many images he can upload
  • Enable video upload:To let the user upload videos
  • Video max size:The max size of the video allowed


Comments Settings

  • Sent message:The message displayed after adding a comment
  • Message Failed:The message displayed if something went wrong



Questions Settings

  • Sent message:The message displayed after adding a question
  • Failure message:The message displayed if the question failed


Rating settings

  • Sent message: The message displayed adding a message after rating
  • Message Failed: The message displayed if if failed



Voting settings

  • Sent message: The message displayed after voting
  • Message Failed: The message displayed if voting failed



Contacts settings

  • Sent message:The message displayed after sending a request to a user
  • Message Failed:The message displayed if something went wrong with the request being send


Seekergame settings

  • Sent message:The message displayed if the answer is correct
  • Message Failed:The message displayed if the answer is incorrect
