Edit Settings Event

Here is the main Edit Settings for your Event.

 

We have sections:

1.Settings:



1.1Topbarlogo: the logo image in the top bar



1.2 WebApp icon: the icon on the bar of the page



1.3 WebApp title:

1.4 Show dislike button: if its checked will display the dislike button on all modules(in this example the button is not active)



1.5 Show open in browser: Will give the user a option to open the app in the browser.

1.6 Hide set password:When login for the first time using a login token the user will be taken to a page to set up his password,this will be displayed only on the first entry after that the user can change his password in his own profile.

1.7 Show IOS overlay: Will display a startscreen and offer to save an icon on the homescreen of the dvice.Only works for the webapp.

2.Simple homepage:

2.1 Home top banner: This is the image banner(the image is displayed if video is not set up,video takes priority above image) will be displayed when homepage field "choose welcome page" has none selected.



2.2 Home top banner video: Video  on top side of the page (if you have image and video,the video will take priority) in case the video returns error the image will take its place being displayed.


2.3 Home title: Title of your page


2.4 Home text: Content of the page


2.5 Main link: Link on your page

3.Agenda Settings:


3.1 Agenda Mode:How to display the agenda page can be full agenda(display all agenda only),My Agenda(only the agenda the user has access/interested),Full agenda/My Agenda(display both options for user and he can switch between them the difference is that the first will be by default FullAgenda selected),MyAgenda/FullAgenda(same option as previous mentioned only that MyAgenda is selected default and will displayed first on going to Agenda page)


3.2 Categories for agenda: Categories for Agenda is a session only that the difference is that is it will be displayed for special privileges( example you created sessions based on the user package he bought from 3 different categories,the users that bought the first one will see a different session compared to the ones that bought the second package,the difference is the Session groups that session has set up)

3.3 Dates for agenda: Will display if its checked the date & hour of the session of the Agenda page.


3.4 Hide agenda progress: Display for Agenda page a border circle above the image of the session showing in a animation how much progress each user made on that session.In the example below one is almost complet and the other is 0%.


3.5 Categories of Other:Categories is for Other page is a session only that the difference is that is it will be displayed for special privileges( example you created sessions based on the user package he bought from 3 different categories,the users that bought the first one will see a different session compared to the ones that bought the second package,the difference is the Session groups that session has set up).Same image as for Agenda for a better ideea only that applies for Other page.

4.User profile settings:


4.1 Data in user profile: Is a dropdown checker to select the data displayed for a user based on the questions from the registration form.



4.2 Defines the teams:  Used for points to  set up users on a field from questios in wich team they are part.

4.3 Data in public profile: What to display in contact page on friends details

5.Facebook settings:


5.1 Facebook App ID:is generated automatically

5.2 Facebook APP SECRET:generated automatically

5.3 Login with Facebook:To allow login with facebook

6.Previous/Next for session:


6.1 Show buttons: To display buttons to swap between sessions


7.Contact request settings:


7.1 Mode: Establish the contact page how to add friends based on the users id or to add.the options with hide non-friends will hide the users that are not in your friends list.



7.2 Max unanswered requests:Number of unaswered requests to have

8.Homepage:


8.1 Choose welcome page: You have 3 options(None - that is the default page,Sitebuilder page - the website display page using templates,Agenda-the main homepage will be your agenda page).


8.2 Sitebuilder homepage:Select what website should be the sitebuilder.

9.1 Hide Labels: This field checked will hide the title below the footer menu buttons.


9.2 Show Homepage: Display footer menu button and side menu the Homepage

9.5 Show Profile:Display in side menu the button Profile

10.1 Show communication points:Display points for comments/questions added in sessinons

10.2 Show quiz  points:Display total points from quiz's from sessions

10.3 Show seeker points:Display total points from seekergames from sessions

10.4 Show social points:Display total points from Adding friend/rating

10.5 Show bonus points:Display total points from bonuses from quiz/seekergames

10.6 Show total points:Display total points from all together

11.Terms and conditions and privacy policy:

Field to add your terms,conditions and privacy policy

12.Notes:


12.1 Notes:Is the title displayed when notes it open from side menu


12.2 Time between notes:The time between notes to be saved in seconds

12.3 Enable image upload:To let the user upload images in his notes

12.4 Image limit:How many images he can upload

12.5 Enable video upload:To let the user upload videos

12.6 Video max size:The max size of the video allowed

13.Comments settings:


13.1 Sent message:The message displayed after adding a comment

13.2 Message Failed:The message displayed if something went wrong
