Ticketing - 1. Setup

First we need to go in the event and make sure you have checked the Ticketing in Create event>Settings>Advanced Settings(this menu by default is collapsed).
(Or Ticketing will not appear in the submenu above)

After that we need to go in Partner Accreditation (event ticketing settings) which is splitted in 3 parts: Checkin confirmationBadge printing setup and Scanning locations.

1. Checkin confirmation

a. Checkin confirmation - here we can enable Email/SMS messages which will be sent to an user if he is scanned to the door
(these messages sent to users will come from Communicator part in Checkin tab Email - https://experience.live/index.php/website/render/2/124/admin/writeeventemail/100041 and SMS )
b. Beacon - means you can use beacons for checkin if you configured them properly here:

2. Badge printing setup

a. Logo for the badge - image will be displayed on the badge

b. Nametag data 1/2/3 - you can choose what  info do you want to be displayed on each badge - these will come from the users registration form answers 

The 3 extra data fields on the card is based on data you have gathered for the user from one of following 

  • the Registration
  • Private questions, 
  • Feedback forms

from the formsbuilder. (All data can also be uploaded trough excel). 

c. Print layout - you have 9 options for layout to choose here - you can check all how it looks on the printed sheet

d. Add QR code checker - you can choose to display or not the user QR code on the badge

e. Save button wich will save all choosen options

 

 3. Scanning locations

a. Type - we choose here from 3 options:

  • Entry Scan - which is for the entrance to the event / the checkin of users(Is the one you use for scanning tickets)
  • Partner Scan - which can be a stand inside the room and an user will be counted everytime he is comming here (For stands and other purposes)
  • Room Scan - is similar to the partner scan - inside the event could be other topic rooms where users can go

b. Name: -  this is the name of the entry, will be displayed in Scoreboard / Phone app 

c. Users - users added here / event organizers which should be also registered to event to access it inside the app will have extra fields opened inside the app in the left menu like QR Code - so they will be able to scan the users and check in them with the phone 

d. Active checker - if this is not checked the Scanning Location won't be visible inside the app

e. Save/Delete buttons - which can save the options selected or Delete the Scanning Location
