Communicator Status details

Invitation
Sent to users to invite them to the event can only be sent once.

Reminder
Sent to remind invited users about the upcoming event, without response.

*Confirmation
Sent to users who have confirmed their attendance.

Registered
Indicates users who have registered for the event.

Checked in
Indicates users who have checked in at the event.

No show
Indicates users who registered but did not attend.

*Check-in confirmation
Sent to confirm that a user has successfully checked in.

*Feedback confirmation
Sent to users to confirm receipt of their feedback post-event.

Not attending
Indicates users who have declined the invitation or confirmed non-attendance.

All users
Represents the complete list of users, irrespective of their status.
