The Employee of the Month (EOTM) is a reward program given out by One Communication, to encourage the staff to work harder and more productively towards our main goal. ChangeIT
It involves recognising the employees for achieving excellence in their field, and being the best worker across all fields.
The award is given out every month, to the individual that helps us reach the ultimate goal that WeWillChangeIT becomes a verb.
Criteria used to work out who is the "best" worker for a given month is based on nominating colleagues, and a public vote. (Ending one week after the nomination process have ended.
EOTM Selection Criteria
Quality of work standards, attitude standards:
Performance, quality, excellence, and the individual must drive us closer to the main goal of One Communication - WeWillChangeIT trough
Devotion • Dedication • Deliverance
Attendance, responsibility and many other determining factors from previous month based on the associate's role will be used.
The "best" worker is then rewarded the following month with the title of "Employee of the Month".
The associate(s) will be rewarded with a Certificate, and Bonus points, and earn Cred from us all.
The bonus point is as follows:
1st Place = 50 000
2nd Place = 30 000
3rd Place = 10 000
