Email sender name and address fields

In our system we have the possibility to send targeted emails to the users with different sender address and names.

When we are sending an email we can decide what it will be in the "From" and "Reply-to" fields as described below.

1. If we add an email address in the Event Settings (last field in the bottom called Advanced email settings) - this email will reflect in the sender email shown as "from" in the email inbox.
This will overwrite the sender it's setup globally in the Core Settings of the solution.
Another condition is to have in Edit Event Details - the company information and email filled with data
Then we show in email:
from: Company name adrian_1@experience.live
reply-to: Company name adrian@onecom.no

2. If we don't have an email address in the Event Settings (last field in the bottom called Advanced email settings) - then we will take the Sender (from email) in the Core Settings where is setup globally for the entire solution.
Another condition is to have in Edit Event Details - the company information and email filled with data
Then we show in email:
from: Company name no-reply@experience.live
reply-to: Company name adrian@onecom.no

3. If we add an email address in the Event Settings (last field in the bottom called Advanced email settings) - this email will reflect in the sender email shown as "from" in the email inbox.
This will overwrite the sender it's setup globally in the Core Settings of the solution.
Another condition is to have in Edit Event Details - all the fields empty
Then we show in email:
from: Experience.Live adrian_1@experience.live
reply-to: "Experience.Live" noreply@onecom.no

We must have Company and Core settings names and emails filled even they are not mandatory
