Unexpected situations

Sometimes you cannot continue a Game because sickness or phone battery drained

They are life situations when an user cannot participate anymore in the events because of differenet reasons - he got sick , his phone battery died or something unexpected happened.

In these cases user is able to drop the event subscription as described below.

Here we 2 big cases - with no payment and with payment:

1. First case is when the user didn't pay anything in the solution and he can  unsubscribe from the event (or he can ask an organizer to do that).

If they are not payments involved he can go in his registration form and check "I don't want to attend to the event" button. This option should be active from the Event Settings here - it should be on as shown below:

And the user who doesn't want to participate anymore he can use the email he got for his registration to the event go on the same link and click on the Non attend button:

This Pop-up will show and he need to confirm he want to leave the event.

After he did this all the questions part will be hidden and he will have the simply form and the Update button in the bottom.

Once the Update button will be pressed then the page will be refreshed and it will navigate to last page of the form process where user can use the button I will still attend if he changes his mind.

In this case the user will apear with "X" status in backend / publisher:

Event organizers can track this also by exporting all event data in an excel file:

In this case above user can do this Non attend step easily - if he cannot do this he should contact the event organizer who can do this for him from the Registration form in the  Frontend or by importing the excel file in the system with the "Not attending" in column J.

2. Second case is when the user paid through registration form a certain fee to participate to the event / game and here one of the game/event organizers cand Refund the money directly from Publisher / backend or from NEXI | nets system. I will describe below how to do it in both situations.

A. Directly from backend as described below.
- Go in Registration page
- click on the payment coin icon

- and in the new window - Payment details view we have to click on the expand all button to see the Refund button in the second part of the window

Clicking on this will show a pop-up asking if you are sure you need to refund the money to the user. Click on ok will refresh the page.

And you'll see the money are refunded + the pop-up window:

And this is the view from NEXI | nets before we make the refund:

B. Second case - Refund directly from NEXI | nets.
Here is my example adrian_13@onecom. no user who paid 1000 NOK to register to the game:

You should login in your NEXI | nets account and go in Payments -> Last 3 months -> Search last tab -> Select Consumer email (or order number - you have different things to search for) and click enter.
The results will be displayed on the screen - each order has 3 status: Created - Reserved - Charged.

Choose Quick action on Charged and you'll find Refund option.

Click on Refund option will open a Pop-up to be sure you have to do this:

After you clicked on Refund payment button the page will refresh and you'll see the green pop-up Processing refund and Status Refunding on the Charged action line.

It will take up to one day to refund the money and see in the backend too money refunded.
