Email Sender Name for all the Email Communication
All emails sent from the Communicator system—whether automatically triggered by a user or manually sent by Publisher administrators—will have a designated subject line. This subject may vary based on the different settings outlined below:
1. The default email sender's name and email address are derived from the Company Settings. In the example below, the sender is identified as the "Name" of the solution.
- If the "Company" field is left blank, the sender will be displayed as "Name," and the reply-to address will be set to noreply@onecom.no.
- The "From" address will always be no-reply@experience.live, which is configured in the Core Settings of the solution. We advise against changing this setting, as it may cause conflicts with Mailgun and lead to email clients rejecting messages due to discrepancies between the sender and web address.
2. If a company name is provided in the Company Settings, the default email sender's title will reflect this information for emails sent from the backend.
- Example:
Company Name: Apple Company!@#
Hide Email Company Setting: Off
3. When the "Hide Email Company" setting is enabled, the sender’s title will not reflect the company name, even if it’s provided in the Company Settings.
- Example:
Company Name: Apple Company!@#
Hide Email Company Setting: On
