Once users are linked to the event, they can receive information sent by the organizer via e-mail or sms. Both forms of communication have the same type of setup (tabs) for easy of use. The purpose of the tab-setup, is to have an automated filtering of users so that e-mail/SMSs are sent based on how the booking process is going.
Before you start to create a new event you have to plan booking (Invitations, reminders, and booked user communications) and plan communications during and after the event
Since Experience.live can only be used for one event at a time must be user generated and organizer generated content deleted after each event in the Experience.live. In addition, it may be useful to delete user generated information.
All user data, questions and feedback projections can be exported from the solution to Excel.
