Refund from Backend - user payment details
We choose the user we need to refund the money and click on the coin icon - called payments:

We can see also in NET’s Status Charged:

In backend we open the payment interface:

And we click on it - a pop-up will appear to check if we really want to refund the user:

Once we clicked Ok on pop-up then a new pop-up window will appear and Refund transaction ID will be displayed in the bottom:

In NET’s we will see refunding message flashing instead the charged message - in the Charged Tab:

After one day we will see this transaction in Refunded Tab with status Fully Refunded:

Further the user will change now from Paid to Unpaid and he can purchase again.

Refund from Net’s Easy Dashboard - doesn't work yet (even it looks like it - I will just show the process below and we will investigate where is crashing)

We have an user with a payment - screen shots from backend:

We can open the payment details and all is good:

We can go inside NET’s in the charged transactions and open this user transaction:

We will push on the + to expand the view and see the Refund button (Edit and Refund is for partial refund - we don’t support this now)

Once we clicked the refund button - a pop-up will appear:

We click again on Refund and a success message will be over the screen:

If we go back in charged transactions we’ll see Refunding flashing status now on this transaction:

For the moment user is still paid in our backend - but we will fix this
