Structuring folders for files, images and videos

In sitebuilder users can upload files, images, videos for different pages, articles, events and it will be hard in the future to find them or reuse them if we don't use a structure of folders like the example below:

Year (we can add here years of activity - for instance all the content from 2024 will be there and so on)
- Customers (we can split by customers so each client will be there in backend)
- - Customer names
- - - Event names

Example below will be the output of this structure:

In order to do something like this you have to in the Publisher you should go on the Settings wheel where you'll find in Extra Content - first item which is called Folders - image below:

Choosing Folder item will open a new window which will contain different folders:

In the top of the page you can find two tabs: "+ New Folder" (Click on it will open a new page to create a new folder) and Folders (which is the home button to return in this Folders view while are you in edit mode in some folders)

In example described here I created 2024 Folder - with no parent and locked (so you cannot delete by mistake).

Further more I added a new folder called Customers where I selected 2024 like Parent Folder:

Further I need to make a client in Customer folders - it could be Apple in this case which will have different events for the year - launch of a new Iphone or a new MacBook

And lastly I created Event Folder MAC Book 2024 linked to Apple parent folder to have a clear view for the backend.  Users who will need to upload or update files in backend can easily understand this structure.
