An overview of all your Event Participants can be found in Booking Page. Here you'll see if they registered or are checked in / Edit - Remove or Register to events.
When sending e-mails ,sms messages and notifications , information about the event and personal participant information be merged into messages. They can also be sent using the send cue time controller. The solution comes with some default e-mail templates that can be used, but it is recommended that the texts are adapted to each event. These texts must be stored on both e-mail/Notifications/SMS tabs.
Once users are linked to the event, they can receive information sent by the organizer via e-mail or sms. Both forms of communication have the same type of setup (tabs) for easy of use. The purpose of the tab-setup, is to have an automated filtering of users so that e-mail/SMSs are sent based on how the booking process is going.
The latest release enhances the Download/Upload feature for Excel files, allowing selective column updates, improving speed and efficiency. Use “Check All/Uncheck All” and a search field for easy selection.
All user data, questions and feedback projections can be exported from the solution to Excel.
This guide is a brief summary of email best practices that we have learned from managing mail servers for thousands of customers and sending (and receiving) a lot of email. The objective is to help outline what you need to do to have your emails delivered whether or not you use Mailgun. Of course, if after reading the guide you decide that you have better things to do than maintaining email servers and managing email deliverability, we’d love to help!
In this guide, we will not focus much on the content of email messages. Content can be paraphrased with a few words: ‘send something people want’ (to paraphrase Y Combinator’s motto). Creating good content is probably the hardest part, so apologies for the huge caveat. We focus on the infrastructure and monitoring of email so that if you are sending something people want, they will get it; and if you are not sending something people want, you will know about it and hopefully change that.
The “Forms - Additional Information” feature lets event organizers collect extra participant details, like flight schedules and seating. Private questions, visible only to organizers, can be added. This data is exported to Excel for comprehensive event management and personalized communications.
Creating a registration form is easy and you can add as many fields as you want. The finished registration form can either be sent directly to a potential participant or added as an iframe in an existing website.
You can fill out the questions you want feedback on after the event is completed. The form is sent out on e-mail/SMS, giving participants the opportunity to share their impressions of your event with you. Whether there will be multiple answers, text answers or simple choice, select the organizer.
Every import of users will start a process in the backend - email verification to find the bounced users - we cannot send emails until is finished but we can send SMSs
To register a user go to "List Event Users -> New Event User" and register user. A user can participate in many events, and if the user is already registered, the user is linked to the event at a later date (see list event users).
Here you can export, edit and import all the data of all participants (Registration, Private Questions and Feedback) in Excel.
